Emma is a Paralegal at Polaris Lawyers, working in the medical negligence and public liability department. She is a final year law student at the University of Melbourne and has focused her studies in personal injury law and medical litigation. Her previous experience includes over eight years of customer service support, two years as a NDIS support worker, and financial services administrative support.

Emma’s work at Polaris includes legal drafting, preparation of court documents, medical records chronologising, and providing assistance to senior lawyers. She enjoys forensic investigation and technical analysis of evidence. Emma takes pride in fostering meaningful relationships with clients and strives to mitigate the complexity of the claims process by prioritising empathetic and honest communication.

Outside of the office, Emma can be found playing and watching netball, painting, and reading.
