Works in MelbourneLily is a New Client Guide at Polaris. Her role is to welcome potential clients and direct their enquiry through the correct channel with empathy and understanding.
Lily is in her final semester of the Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne. She came to law through social work, where she was first a trauma-informed practitioner in Broadmeadows before moving to a Paralegal role serving the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community at Djirra AFVLS.
As a First Nations Māori woman, Lily is driven to help clients experiencing systemic disadvantage in the medical and legal systems and this forms the basis of her dedication to personal injury law.
